Both are within about ten minutes and I talked to the owner about it and the first one is technically false. Why are you interested in becoming staff on MisfitsGC? (Minimum 150 words): I have been staff on multiple servers before this and it has overall been an enjoyable experience. I've long looked for a server I enjoyed as much as that one as the owner became too greedy and eventually the server was neglected. After a semi lengthy conversation with this server's owner Copycatkilla yesterday, I realised that the server is headed by multiple mature experienced people, not people just looking to make a quick buck off of it. In my week or so I've played on and off on the server I have come to the conclusion that it is a server I enjoy. The community is friendly and the staff are fair; they're the type of people you can surround yourself with for hours. I believe I have found something that speaks to me the same way that the old server did and therefore I want to incentivise myself to stick around and help it along as much as I can, which as an ordinary player is hard to achieve. (170 words, I checked) What qualities do you think you can bring to the MisfitsGC Staff Team? (Minimum 100 words): I believe as previously mentioned I can bring experience and am certainly well-vetted in what not to do, attempting to start multiple servers myself and seeing a server I love to fall into ruin. I rose through the ranks fairly quickly in a few weeks becoming one of the servers few admins. I enjoyed helping train new staff and sharing my experiences with them which can be an outstanding quality to have in a trainer. Furthermore, as I have already stated, this server speaks to me in a way few other DarkRP servers do which compels me to nurture it and help the player count grow. I have already encouraged some of my friends to join showing my dedication before I am even staff! (124 words, I checked) As a staff member, what do you think your biggest achievement is, and what is your biggest weakness? (Minimum 100 words): My biggest achievement as a staff member is almost certainly the time when one of the trial moderators I had trained passed his 'test' into a fully-fledged moderator. Within a month, he had risen to the same rank as me because of what I had taught him and how to behave as a staff member. I felt proud that not only was I helping people in the community with their issues, but I had helped another wonderful staff member show his skills and become well known in the community. My biggest weakness would probably be my tendency to become easily frustrated. I usually log off in times like these but sometimes I can allow it to escalate too far. I almost always apologise afterwards. This includes what happened with my warnings, I was wrong but I continuing to speak badly of a staff member who had just misunderstood. (148 words, I checked) What makes you different from other applicants? (Minimum 50 words): After perusing the other current staff applications, I have been able to go above and beyond the word counts and criteria as well as seemingly bring more experience to the table. I am a friendly guy and as a few people on the server will agree, I am fun to play and joke with almost all day. I also have a lot of free time as I am currently in a year group where exams have been cancelled, so I have nothing to do until September! I also have another account I like to play gmod on as my playtime is quite large and sometimes I worry it looks quite bad so I may not be known. You gave others a verbal but not me, plus I was about to make a joke as I explained to a multitude of staff including the owner and then I jokingly asked that to see if you had double standards. I called you a nerd because of one of your binds, it isn't really an insult. I mentioned in my thing I apologised to the player afterwards and I never really disrespected you unless you want to be extremely petty.

I have made 2 million so far as I have mainly just stayed in my base printing. If you base the staff diss off of my warnings I can see why you would believe so however I called the staff in question a nerd after he used a bind to explain something to me. It's extremely minor disrespect and not even really an insult.
