(Minimum 150 words): I became interested in becoming staff on MisfitsGC  I find the current staff team very helpful and I find myself getting along with them and having fun with them as well.  Another thing that made me interested  is the environment that the people in the community have created for themselves,  also the fact that the community is constantly growing and getting updates and changes to big or small things almost everyday,  and i feel due to this it will continue to grow bigger.  I also was interested as i feel that the staff team could be overwhelmed with sits and other problems and i feel i could help take some of that weight so people don't have to stress about it. I also love how higher up's like FaZe Reece actually play on the server and RP What qualities do you think you can bring to the MisfitsGC Staff Team? (Minimum 100 words): I feel I can bring many things to the staff team as I have been a member of a different staff team so I am fully aware of how to use the commands  such as !jail (player), !god (player) !noclip (player) and Logs such as !pLogs, !bLogs and !mLogs although  i am not sure what ones the server is using but i'm sure if om not used to it i can learn as I have done before. Also i feel as if i am easy to talk to and be around and people can confide in me. I also am aware of the rules and how the mechanics of the jobs such as: Weed Grower, Master meth cook, pizza chef and farmer and any others i missed (no clue how to use LuminaFx but i am trying to figure it out). As a staff member, what do you think your biggest achievement is, and what is your biggest weakness? (Minimum 100 words):[color=#f39c12]as a staff member i would say my biggest achievement would be, i feel i have many hours played about (3100) and more hours to come.  i feel i have above average social skills and can give give a fair opinion on problems no matter what i think personally of the situation if needed,  such as giving a non bias opinion to people whilst in a sits. i can appreciate the humor that people bring to the server but i can also tell if something is going or about to go too far [/color] [color=#f39c12]and i can understand if someone finds something offensive that others might not. [/color]as a staff member i would say my biggest weakness would be  the the fact that i really enjoy RP'ing and i feel becoming a member of the staff team could affect that as last time i was a staff member  i found myself rarely RP'ing.  another weakness could be the way i come off to some people as some people in the past have found me "annoying" or "irritating"  but im not so sure about the people in our current community. What makes you different to other applicants? (Minimum 50 words): The things i feel make me different from any other Applicants is that i will help all of the servers and i have been a trial mod before also the fact i feel like  i am also on for most hours of the day either AFK or based somewhere.  I also feel that i can and will get along with all members of staff and others on the server
