(Minimum 150 words):[/b] i became interested in becoming staff on MisfitsGC because of my previous experience on another server  X-ray Gaming that is now closed down and i found myself really enjoying my time spent as a Moderator there and i feel that on Misfits it will be even better as also find the current staff team very helpful and i can get along with them and have fun. i also love the environment that the people on the server have created. the fact that the server also gets many updates so i know the community will continue to expand, i also was interested by the open staff positions as the recent problem with Jordan and others and i felt that the staff team where a little overwhelmed with sits and  i want to be able to take some of that weight and make it easier for the other members of the staff team.  i also love the fact that people who are high up still play the server for Eg: Lewis  [b]What qualities do you think you can bring to the MisfitsGC Staff Team? (Minimum 100 words)[/b]: i feel that i can bring many things to the staff team as i am familiar with the commands  so i understand everything about being a staff member already i think of myself as being easy to talk to and friendly to people who don't know me. i also am aware of the rules and how the mechanics of the jobs such as: Weed Grower, Master meth cook, pizza chef and farmer and any others i missed (no clue how to use LuminaFx) also as i said before i was a Moderator on X-ray gaming so i feel qualified for the position and i also feel i could help people get there ideas through and support them with anything they need. [b]As a staff member, what do you think your biggest achievement is, and what is your biggest weakness? (Minimum 100 words)[/b]: as a staff member i would say my biggest achievement would be, i feel i have many hours played and more hours tom come. i feel i have above average social skills and will be able to give a non bias opinion in sits,  i can appreciate the humor that people bring to the server but i would understand  if someone where to find something offensive or rude. as a staff member i would say my biggest weakness would be the the fact that i really enjoy RP'ing and becoming a member of the staff team could affect that as last time i was a staff member i found myself rarely RP'ing.  another weakness could be the way i come off to some people as some people in the past have found me "annoying" or "irritating" [b]What makes you different to other applicants? (Minimum 50 words)[/b]: simply the fact as i have some experience with being a staff member and i feel i am known in the Misfits community as someone who can help even in RP situations.  i also am on almost all hours of the day as this is what i find myself doing whilst we are in quarantine  [b]Additional Comments[/b]: Completely understand if i am denied, i hope this doesn't change your view of me (stay safe)
